Shipping & Delivery Policy

TinkerLLM is a fully digital product. There are no physical goods to ship. This policy explains how digital access is delivered after a successful purchase on tinkerllm.com, operated by Kalvium Labs.

1. Nature of the product

A TinkerLLM purchase unlocks access to online lessons and exercises inside the TinkerLLM web application at app.tinkerllm.com. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and no physical delivery address is required at checkout.

2. Delivery timelines

  • Free tier: Access to the first 26 exercises is instant after you sign in with Google. No payment is required.
  • Paid course: After a successful payment via Razorpay, your account is unlocked immediately (typically within a few seconds). You can start using the paid content right away.
  • Receipt email: A payment receipt is sent to the email address on your TinkerLLM account within a few minutes of the transaction.

3. If access is not unlocked after payment

In rare cases, a payment can be successful while account unlock is delayed (for example, due to a temporary network issue between Razorpay and our servers). If this happens:

  1. Refresh the app and sign out / sign in again — this usually resolves it.
  2. If access is still missing after 30 minutes, email support@tinkerllm.com with your Razorpay order or payment ID and we will unlock your account manually within 1 business day.
  3. If the payment was charged but the order ultimately failed on our side, we will issue a full refund as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Geographic availability

TinkerLLM is available globally wherever access to the underlying services (Google sign-in, Google AI Studio, and Razorpay payments) is supported. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and charged in INR by Razorpay; your bank may apply a conversion fee if your card is issued in a different currency.

5. No shipping fees

Because the product is fully digital, there are no shipping, handling, or delivery charges. The price shown on the Pricing page is the total amount payable.
